01. Eligibility & Constraints

  • • 30-Day Window: Technical returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • • Condition Requirements: Components must be uninstalled, unopened, and in undamaged original packaging to qualify for credit.
  • • Non-Returnable Items: Electrical, fuel, performance, installed, or special-order components are final sale.
  • • Verification: While VIN-check at checkout is the primary safeguard for accuracy, our team will assist in reconciling fitment issues as they arise.
Restocking & Fees

A 25% restocking fee applies to customer-error returns. Order cancellations are subject to a 20% processing fee.

Shipping Policy

Shipping for customer errors is non-refundable. NissanParts.cc covers logistics costs only for internal processing errors.

02. Core Exchange & Damage Claims

• Core Returns: Cores must be clean, assembled, complete, and returned in the original packaging. Shipping for core returns is the responsibility of the customer.

• Transit Damage: Report shipping damage within 7 days of arrival. High-resolution photos of the product, damage, and packaging must be emailed to our support hub.
