Mastering 360-Degree Storytelling in the Automotive Aftermarket

Revolutionizing the View: 360-Degree Content Strategies for 2026

Heading into 2026, our editorial focus is shifting. While we aren't abandoning the foundational strategies that have driven our success, we are aggressively expanding them to meet new visual standards.

One of our persistent challenges has been capturing truly immersive interior footage. While traditional panning shots and detail close-ups work well, they often fail to convey the authentic point-of-view (POV) of being inside the cabin. To bridge this gap, we’ve integrated the Insta360 X4 into our toolkit to master the art of 360-degree storytelling.

Our first trial run featured the impressive 2026 Nissan Sentra (keep an eye out for our full review coming soon). While the initial workflow was more complex than anticipated, the results are transformative. A key takeaway from our early sessions: while the X4's 8K capability is stunning, we’ve found that exporting in 4K provides the perfect balance of quality and processing speed for our current pipeline.

These initial test shots are now live. We are putting them out into the world to see how they perform and—more importantly—to hear from you. We welcome all feedback, even the "nasty" comments, as they help us refine our approach and correct our course. We are already developing new workflows based on these early trials that we can’t wait to implement.

What’s Next?

The big question is: which vehicle should we feature next? Beyond interior views, we are preparing to take this 360-style footage to the exterior—capturing high-action shots on the trails and the streets.
